We hired Builderwell to do a complete demo and remodel on our downstairs. It ended up also including an upstairs bathroom and hallway. Everyone involved was kind and they listened to our requests. Kian, our project manager was always responsive & had a great attitude. We needed extensive electrical work & Majid the electrician was there every day until the job was done. He was also always kind and responsive to us & very nice to our boys. Benito and his assistant did excellent work on the extensive amount of tile work we needed ( floors, backsplash, shower & mosaic tile in several areas) and are also very polite & hard working. The boys and I also really liked Alex the painter. He's fun & did a great job. Almas was lovely to work with. She had great color ideas and solutions & she really helped us stay focused on choosing materials. We also really appreciated that she would give her opinion but she was never condescending or judgmental (I've worked with designers like that).
We just want to say thank you to you and Alan & to congratulate you on having such a great, kind & professional team.
The team from Builderwell showed up everyday (sometimes 7 days a week) and would worked late into the evenings. Our home turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined & pretty much on time (especially since we added on a lot of projects along the way). Everyone was lovely to work with.
