Cons: None that I can think ofBuilderwell already worked on the upstairs and downstairs of my house remodel. Figured I'd give it two more goes with a backyard and garage remodel too.
For the backyard, we actually were working with another company that specialized in backyard landscaping and design, but they were taking too long to start the project. I reached out to Alan and Builderwell and they were able to take an initial design and start within a week or two. The team worked relatively quickly and were done in about two months. The backyard consisted of a demolition of existing backyard, concrete, custom BBQ with gas line, artificial turf, and some basic irrigation.
For our garage, we just needed some fresh paint, epoxy floors, and cleaning up some electricity. That only took two weeks.
Like any other contractor, sometimes things come up, but Alan, Marcos, and Builderwell always make sure to accommodate and the end product is great!
